Highly dedicated, tireless, very educative and would go beyond limits to explain any type of questions. Emails are always given immediate attention and well answered. i cant even point a single email which went unanswered. Me and Karthik Iyer recommend Tim and his team to count on if anyone is in the process of home buying/selling. Tim has the gifted knowledge to communicate on any complex topics. Their suggestions on bankers to get loan from was very helpful and the banking team were highly co-operative too. The whole team is punctual and subtle. Cares for customer safety too. Not even a single accident reported during house showing. Overall, Tim Elders team is the best and highly recommended.
