Hi, I'm Tim Ekelund and I want to thank you for the opportunity to help you with one of the most important decisions in your life: The successful sale of your home. First, let me tell you a little about myself and my family. I am a husband, father, son, friend and mentor. I am married to my beautiful wife, Creagh who is a local Pensacolian. She is a wonderful, passionate, loving wife and mother of two boys, Gannon who is eleven and Brody who is five. Creagh is an esthetician (skin care), and has worked for herself for over ten years. We have a happy, loving and dynamic family. I am Phoenix, AZ native and grew up in that city. I started my first sales job at the age of 14 cold calling to raise money for local firefighter and police organizations. I stayed in sales much through my life. It was in Phoenix where I started and ran a multi-million-dollar internet marketing business. After many successful years the market crashed and we unfortunately closed our doors. Fast forward a decade and, thanks to Creagh, I find myself living in paradise. I fell in love with Pensacola the first day I visited here. I knew right away this was the perfect place to relaunch my sales career, create a family and raise my children. After moving here, I did business to business sales selling water for Kentwood Springs. This allowed me to travel from here to Panama City and really learn how much the Emerald Coast had to offer. After a year and a half of selling water I had an opportunity to join Navy Federal Credit Union in the loan department. While at Navy Federal I got my real estate license. After a year of selling real estate part time, I decided it was the ideal profession to demonstrate my skills at sales, and fulfill my passion about helping people find and purchase the right home, in the right neighborhood at the right price. I am a dedicated family man and spend as much my free time with my children and wife as my real estate career allows. We love to travel, enjoy the beach and boating activities. I am an active member of a Rotary group and love to give back to the community. In retrospect, the decision to make Pensacola my permanent home was the best move of my life. In summary, I believe I bring something completely different to the table that separates me from other real estate agents, and would love an opportunity to work closely with you to sell your home.
