Ti's responsibilities are to study and understand the local market and make sure that we are providing our clients with the most accurate and up-to-date real estate advice possible. I spend my days marketing our listings, working with buyers and sellers, networking with top agents, previewing properties, and negotiating contracts. Ti's expertise is in sales and marketing. If you are listing your home, you will work directly with Ti, until your home is under contract! I have a degree in Business Management/Finance. Prior to my real estate career, I worked for seventeen years in corporate sales for Black & Decker, Newell Rubbermaid, and Sara Lee as a top producing sales person and sales manager.
