This guy abandoned me while still looking, claiming email problems. There was no changes to my email so his real reason is as yet unknown seeing as how. despite my efforts he refused for whatever reason to talk or text. This despite ready cash available for easy transaction. That said he was not under contract, but I would have hired him to complete the transaction.
