A friend referred us to Sonya and we are very glad to have found her to represent us. Since she also has experience in lending, she went above and beyond in helping us out with our lender when we were having issues with our home loan. Sonya reached out to multiple lenders on our behalf and helped us get the best rates and lender credits as well. Sonya is a great negotiator and is transparent & clear in her communication. Sonya is the best realtor in the Bay area. She is vastly experienced. First thing you will observe when you interact with her is her eagerness and professionalism. She does her homework really well before taking up any project. Another superb nature of her is she will update you at every step so that you are totally abreast of what is happening.Even though she has a great team, she takes personal interest in every client she works with. She is reachable at anytime to bounce off even the smallest of ideas. Not a lot of realtors do that.She knows her numbers and neighborhoods well. She negotiates so good that you will save a lot of $$$. She does plenty of background work even before you put an offer or receive offers. Bay market is tough in general. We found Sonya through her website , and for the first few times we spoke to her we knew her knowledge regarding Bay Area real estate is immense. Other than being in the industry for 18 years its her negotiating skills that we were very impressed with. She got us into a contract for a home in east bay, at a desirable location just 10k over asking and with no other buyers. She was available all the time going over disclosures , running things by her legal team, providing contractors for minor fixes. Good luck finding these from other agents , we dont even get to speak with other agents beyond 5pm :)If you get to work with Sonya , we assure you that she goes above and beyond for you and your family.
