Brooke was great to work with! She was very responsive and always upbeat even though we asked her to show us houses all over the metro. (She must have been sick of us but never showed it!) At every turn she added a lot to our search, both through her knowledge of the process, her insights into the specific homes we were looking at, and also through her extensive trade connections (finance/lending, painting, repair, etc.). You can tell she has been a professional at this for many years. At the end of the day what stands out to us, though, is her commitment to making sure we were happy. Without going into all of the details here, we found ourselves in a very difficult situation at the 11th hour of our home purchaseaEUR"one where our housing sale almost fell throughaEUR"because the seller had failed to disclose a material fact. Brooke helped us buy our first home and our search was quick and easy with her help. Rick was the most helpful and accommodating real estate agent. From the start, he (and the Hartmann team) helped us to make decisions that would get us top dollar on the sale of our home and set good expectations on listing prices. He even worked with us on putting the house on the market while we were on vacation, helping us to handle any decision making and signing we needed to do while out of state. When it came to finding our next home, he couldn't have been more flexible about taking us to showings at times that worked in our schedule, and doing due diligence as we walked through. Rick is incredibly responsive, always answered our questions and shared his knowledge with us. He helped us to find our dream home, even in this crazy market, and never pushed us to quickly make a decision or to settle for something that wasn't what we wanted.
