Sean LaSalle is the best real estate professional in the world. Period. We got to know Sean when we were looking for a home having moved to New Jersey from Germany. We had never bought a home before in the US and were not familiar with the real estate scene at all. Sean took us by the hand and walked us through every step during the crazy market of 2021-2022. Sean is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Every time we went to a house, we had a aEUR~pre-inspection where Sean, using his vast knowledge of what makes a good house, would explain the strengths and weaknesses of the house. Sean has an incredible intuition concerning the fair price for the house, which allowed us to make competitive offers on excellent properties. For one of the houses, there was some uncertainty concerning an easement on the property. Sean dug up the detailed report of the easement, which indicated a pipeline running across the property. This led to us withdrawing an offer for the house. Without Seans help, we would not have been able to make the right call. Sean truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. It was only with this honest and astute guidance were we able to find a beautiful home for us. We were lucky to have Sean helping us.

Sean is a great expert to have on your side throughout the entire process of searching for and purchasing a new home. He provided me with expert information and his direct knowledge about the sellers market and trends in the market to help make smart bidding, buying and contract decisions. Sean is honest and direct. I was at a open house on a Sunday afternoon and was interested but wanted Sean's input on what he thought of the home. I called him and within 10 minutes he met me at the open house to look it over. That same day Sean wrote up an offer with an escalation clause that we had discussed and by the next night my offer was accepted. I already had pre approval through a lender that Sean had recommended early on, which was another great experience of service since the loan officer walked me through every detail and step in ensuring a smooth mortgage underwriting approval process. Sean, Sean's Team and business contacts from the lender and title company were there to answer my questions day and night.During the final walk through the day before closing on Nov. 3rd, Sean and I checked the gas heat to make sure it worked but it would not turn on. Sean contacted the sellers agent and had the sellers come to the house and get the pilot light lit and heat ready to go. Sean went back to the home once the heat was turned on and sent me pictures of the thermostats to show the heat was working. I closed on the home the next day with no issues and have been living in my new home for a month now without a single problem.Entire process would not have been so quick and smooth without Sean and his Team.
