I would suggest a buyer to come to my office to meet me, so I can explain the buying process and to speak to them about their wants and needs for the type of home they are looking for. I would also introduce them to our Gold Service Manager to explain the financial responsibilities and to get prequalified to see what they can afford and what price range they feel comfortable with.

All types. From low end to high end. I treat all my clients the same no matter what their price range. I list Single Family, Adult Communities, Condo/Townhome and I also work with buyers that are interested in purchasing the same.

Yes, I am constantly taking continuing education classes that are required by the state. Also, Weichert offers continuing education in many different areas of my job. I am a trained relocation specialist.
