I'm a full-time Real Estate Professional serving buyers, sellers & investors in Metro Denver & Foothills locations such as Bailey, Conifer, Evergreen, Golden, Idaho Springs, Pine and other nearby areas. Bob helped us establish a selling price for each side of our duplex based on a number of comparables in the area. He immediately got the sign up and had several open houses very quickly. We had an offer for full price on one side within days and a reasonable offer on the other side within a week! He helped us through the paperwork and contract issues. We enjoyed working with him.
