We finally have a house ?? Rosa Karp Realty Group helped us through the whole process of getting our first home. We definitely recommend them. It took us a long time to find the house for us because of the crazy house market right now. Everybody are willing to pay more than the asking price of the home but finally they found us a house, negotiated and we ended up paying below the asking price. So grateful for that. For all of you debating if this is the right realtor for you, just read on! Landing a nice home, with a large lot, a view and a built in ADU seemed like a dream to me and Daniel just a couple months ago. Through Rosas help we were able to get exactly what we were looking for (even in this hot market!) and there are SO many reasons I would hands down recommend The Karp Realty Group to friends and family. We actually first heard of Karp Realty on a friends recommendation, and I have to say we are thoroughly impressed. Her team is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, responsive and friendly. They answered our every question promptly. We even would joke that any time Rosa took more than 10 minutes to answer a question, it was because she was researching the answer and would come back a day later with ALL the information about a home you could POSSIBLY imagine. She would return having already spoken with the sellers agent, discussed the ins and outs of the property, discussed asking price, and would have a fantastic report ready to share with us. Her team went through all the ups and downs with us; from heartbreak when a home was sold that we fought hard for all the way to happiness when we finally secured our dream home. After working with Kailey and the Karp Realty Group we were able to find a home in a highly competitive market, in an area we didnt think was possible. Kailey was great at answering our questions and concerns. After looking at a handful of homes in north county, Kailey was able to get us into a home in San Diego beating out several other offers. Now we will be able to enjoy being centrally located in San Diego, getting into a newer built home, and being close to family.

Rosa was the best referral Ive ever gotten! Rosa helped one of my friends from the military get an awesome deal, so I decided to have her help me with my home search & she did NOT disappoint.
