Richard was great to work with, he was anxious to help up find just the right house for us to be happy in. He sent us emails with listings for us to view and decide if we wanted to see them, saved all of us valuable time. He asked a lot of questions so the he could understand our style and show us what we wanted, he didn't want to waist our time. He showed us to several houses in the Sarasota, Bradenton areas, helping us to learn each of the areas we went into the town centers so we could look around. We saw several houses, all of which were nice but none of them met all of our needs, we ended up moving to Naples where we have more family connections.

My wife and I chose to use the services of Richard Armstrong because of our previous dealings with him. We chose a particular day to visit a list of homes that Richard and constructed based on our preferences and were amazed how closely he matched our request. At each stop he used our input to refine the list and to show us what we were looking for. While waiting for an appointment with a homeowner, Richard continued to search for additional homes to see and found a home that had gone up for sale the day prior. He quickly called and made arrangements for us to visit this home and it was exactly what we were looking for so we placed a bid immediately.
