He told us what to do to prepare and when we put our house on the market at the price he recommended - which was higher than we expected - it was under contract within a week. When the 1st buyer backed out for personal reasons, Rich was so well prepared that he had us under contract with another buyer the same day! He was also very good at negotiating with the buyer when they wanted some repairs. All in all he was very thorough, diligent, ethical, patient, worked tirelessly and was available at all hours, even when he was on vacation. He even continued to support us after the house sold when we needed to reach out to the new owner. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. We highly recommend him.
