Olga did a great job selling my coop. She worked hard. Did a lot of open houses. Responded to all of the questions and phone calls. It's not easy to sell coops because of the board approval necessary and lots of paperwork to complete but Olga's knowledge of the local area and expectations really helped to move this along.
