Nik did a good job of handling a very bad situation. We have a rental that we will be bring on the market soon and we will use Nik for this sale also!

And even though neither were the right home for us, he had us fill out a information form. Said he would go online and give us other information on homes that matched our needs. Guess what! Nik did as he said he would. He followed through. When we saw a home we wanted to see and he was not able to meet us, he sent a coworker to show us the home. Needless to say, Nik continued to follow through, and we found our perfect home. He was thoughtful enough to come and help us unload a uhaul.
