I helped an elderly friend navigate the process of selling a condominium and Misty not only delivered as a negotiator, but she also served as a mentor in how to best update the condo for selling. I was able to call her at any time and send her pictures of light fixtures, mirrors, vanities, etc. to get her opinion on what was desirable in today's market. She even helped us pick out flooring and carpet. My friend who owned the condo was impressed about how convenient Misty made the process for her, driving to her retirement center, meeting with contractors, making arrangements to have a dishwasher installed, employing an excellent stager, and taking care of so many other details.
