Mike is the principal broker and owner of Coldwell Banker Custom Realty. He began his real estate career in 2002. Since that time, Mike has devoted his efforts to serving people in the greater Rochester area and helping them buy and sell real estate. Mike has specialized in residential real estate sales, however has a vase knowledge of the industry. Mike knowledge of real estate encompasses: commercial real estate, new construction, and property management, Mike and his staff also represents several financial institutions and government agencies to manage and liquidate their foreclosures. Mike's devotion to the "client" can be seen in the environment and atmosphere created at CBCR. He is dedicated to the agents of the firm to grow a positive culture of personal and business development. " Since 2002 Mike has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades within the real estate industry. After years of being a broker owner with another large national real estate brand, and receiving their "Hall of Fame" inductee honor in 2015. Mike decided to bring Coldwell Banker back to the greater Rochester area in 2017. Mike believes that the philosophy and culture of Coldwell Banker offers the greatest resources to buyers and sellers, and the agents that will serve them. Mike is a native of the greater Rochester area and a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
