I researched realtors prior to listing my home. Megan had fantastic referral reviews so I set up a meeting with her. I immediately knew when she came in that she was prepared with brochures, comparable listings, and a vast knowledge of the area. I also received a list of agencies where my home would be advertised on. We spent time going through my home and by the end of the visit, I definitely knew that I was going to sign a contract with her. Megan is very professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. She made this process easier for me because I knew she would be there looking out for my needs. She showed my home and worked with other agents.
