They have great knowledge about the entire Charlotte area, and I was extremely impressed with their 55+ community expertise, which I was looking for. I?d recommend them to any friend or family member! Let me begin and say that I wasn?t the easiest client for them, but they remained patient with me throughout the entire process. Based on my situation, I needed to sell my house in Atlanta before beginning the search in Charlotte. They made sure to check in with me every few weeks, just to see how things were going, and I thought it was very nice. When I was able to purchase in Charlotte, I gave them very specific criteria, since this house will be the last purchase of my lifetime. I wanted to be in a 55+ community, have a ?like-new? home, and operate with a specific budget. Even with such strict criteria, they were able to provide me with plenty of options, which is what I appreciated the most. They put ?all the cards? on the table and let me steer my own path, with their guidance of course. Other realtors not always do this, since they might have their own agenda. I felt no pressure to make an impulsive decision, which was greatly appreciated for such a stressful decision. When the time came to put an offer on my dream home, they clearly walked me through all the steps necessary and made the process extremely easily.
