There's truly not enough I can say about Lee Alley that would ever describe the full extent of how happy and impressed my husband and I were with him throughout our entire home buying experience.To start, Lee has to be the most patient and understanding realtor (and person!) we know. Not only were we first time homebuyers in an incredibly competitive market, but we were also incredibly slow about making a decision to buy. He showed us a countless number of homes over a span of THREE years before we found the one we loved, and never once did we ever feel pressured. We know how frustrating it must have been for him, yet he remained diligent, kind, and resourceful. Lee was also incredibly responsive to our needs, quickly answering questions and scheduling house tours whenever needed, and once it did come time to buy our home, Lee was always one or two steps ahead of anticipating our needs and setting expectations for each part of the process. We are incredibly grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Lee, and are certain you won't regret working with him, too.

We met Lee on a Monday, he showed us three houses that following Saturday, and we went under contract on Sunday aEUR" closed less than a month later. He is REALLY good at what he does. He isn't pressuring, forceful, or slow. He understands that buying a home is really stressful and a huge life purchase, and wants to make sure that the home you find fits all your needs. The Gilbert Group is a wonderful team of people who all work together to make your life easier when (in our case, buying) real estate! We worked with Lee and he was absolutely amazing in setting up any houses we wanted to see...and we looked at A LOT of houses! Also, I was 6-9 months pregnant while we were looking so Lee and my husband would often run up or downstairs and let me know if it was worth the flight of stairs! He treated us like family and as a family man himself, really looked out for our future interests and family needs in buying a house. Once we found our house Lee communicated and negotiated quickly and explained everything through the entire process. Communication is a top priority for the Gilbert Group and they never missed a beat. We were always up to date and never left wondering. The office support team really shined during our closing process and we always knew exactly what next steps were coming. I am so thrilled with our house and the entire Gilbert Group experience. We highly recommend Lee and the entire team!
