I had a great time working with Lauren. She was fast in response and very helpful. If there's anything she's unsure of, she always double check to make sure she gives me the correct information. As for negotiation, we got a pretty good deal after her dealing with the seller's brokers. Lauren also has a team of people that she works closely of, making your buying process a lot faster! I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone. (Already did with my friend and he also got a new place!)

Lauren Carden is by far the best realtor I've worked with while living in New York for the past eight years. She showed my roommates and I over 15 apartments, and took notes on our likes and dislikes for every place. She was exceptionally organized by providing Excel sheets with every apartment's details (bedrooms, baths, amenities, budget, fee/no fee, etc.). She was extremely responsive whenever we had questions, and prompt to every showing. We found the perfect apartment in our dream neighborhood and within our budget because of Lauren's hard work and dedication on finding us a place to call home.
