From the first day we met Justin, we felt he was very professional and personable. Based on his knowledge, response time, and easy to talk to personality, we felt confident that this is who we wanted to help us find our home. These qualities did prove to be helpful as we searched for our home. He was always available and willing to answer any questions we had. He provided great information on everything from the areas and neighborhoods, to the inside of a home and what structural factors to look for. He was very transparent in stating the facts of each home, so we were aware of all conditions before putting in an offer. He has contacts in the area, making it helpful to know who to call for estimates and repairs. Justin guided us from when we made an offer, through the inspection period and negotiating process, again, answering all questions we had in depth. Obviously closing is the most exciting but nerve-racking part of buying a home, and he made sure to once again be available and supportive throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most about Justin, is that again, this is our first home and he was so understanding of that. I fully understand that as a realtor, this is your income, and some people might be focused on just the commission. We did not feel this was the case with Justin. It took us longer than anticipated to find the home that was just right for us. We did not once feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Instead, we felt supported, and it was clear that he really wanted us to be happy and have the quality home and life we were looking for. I did not feel like just a number to him, but felt like he got to know us and cared to help. I thank Justin for all of his support and guidance through this process, and I would absolutely recommend using him!

Justin took the challenges head on and kept us in the loop with everything. I would say if you are looking for an agent that makes you feel like you are his only client, go with Justin. He works very hard for you on both his end and your's as well. If I had to sell or buy another home, Justin would get the job hands down.
