Julie did an amazing job helping my wife and I buy our first property together. OMG, BEST AGENT EVER !!! Sorry for shouting with all CAPS, but that is the only way to totally and honestly express how great of an agent Julie is. Found her thru Zillow after Googling "BHHS" by zip code in the wee hours of the morning on Monday 18 July 2022. Texted her around 7:30am and she called back in less than half an hour. Three hours later she had a photographer at my house doing an "urgent" photo shoot. The next day (Tuesday) she came by with a market analysis and we did the necessary paperwork. It went live that night. The next morning (Wednesday) I got a showing request for Thursday from 8:30am-9:00am. At 9:20am she called to say the buyers' agent would be writing up a full price cash offer that day with no conditions. By Friday all the paperwork (DotLoop) was complete and we had a 'Done Deal'. We had settlement yesterday and the listing is now officially CLOSED. I can not overstate what a fantastic agent she is. For you fellow old-timers out there, she really "Knows Her Onions!!" Do not list with anyone else in her area until you at least give her a chance to represent you, then pray she has enough time to accept you as a client.p.s. There were 65 (count 'em, 65!!) reviews of her online and NOT ONE of them was less than a 5 out of 5. Un-Frickin' REAL !!!!!
