Joyce is an identical twin. Being an identical twin gave her the competitive edge along with the ability to share and negotiate. These qualities have been of great service to her in the real estate field. Working in Marketing for twelve years, Joyce decided to make a career change and enter the field of Real Estate, beginning her career in 1995. Her success and dedication was rapid, becoming one of the top five agents in her office her first year. Joyce has been a consistent top producer ever since and is recognized by Rodeo Realty with the President's Elite Award. Professional to the core, Joyce has served the Southland Regional Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. Her positions have included serving on the Housing Committee, Governmental Affairs, Events and Community Relations and CAR Director. Joyce is a Charter Member of the Women's Council of Realtors and was their President in 1999. In the twenty plus years Joyce has been a Realtor, she has excelled and earned some of the highest awards available in the industry. A consistent top producer and award winner, Joyce was voted by her peers as the Realtor Associate of the Year by the Southland Regional Association of Realtors in 2000 and named one of the 25 Best in Residential Real Estate by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
