Hands down, Rachel Ross is the best agent I could imagine, having worked with her both as a buyer and a seller. My fiancA(C) and I met her at an open house and could tell from the outset that she was genuine and cared about our needs--even as random walk-ins to an open house. Rachel is a consummate professional and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling and of this market. After getting to know her, our instincts said she was the one and we hired her to help us find our perfect home during a crazy time in real estate. She was endlessly patient, always our advocate, and ALWAYS making sure that we noticed the details that make a difference in a purchase. She made sure we found the right home for us and was clearly not out to just to make a sale. She got to know us and our needs and priorities and wanted to make sure we found the right home. She was straightforward about shortcomings in homes that we tended to gloss over given the desperation prompted by a sellers' market. She willing to show us as many homes as it took and seemed to be available 24/7 to oversee our house-hunting...and ultimately sales process and negotiations.I did not even consider working with anyone other than Rachel when I put my house on the market after she helped us find our new one. She was hands-on with staging and with preparing my listing and made sure my house was at its best for showings. Every aspect of the marketing was top-notch and when offers came, she was once again my advocate every step of the way helping me navigate and close.When people say "Why do you need an agent?" to buy or sell, I don't even know where to begin. Rachel brought so much value to the process of buying and of selling and was tireless in making sure all went well for me/us at every step of the way.
