The seller's agent respected and trusted Jeff to stream line the closing process quickly, professionally and with a top notch team of lender, title people etc. Jeff also suggested I write a letter to the seller, which also helped. Jeff cares, has high integrity and is responsive. His vast experience saves money in inspections, etc.. He can accurately assess strengths and weaknesses of a property. He is a an excellent creative negotiator who offered less money that I was willing to spend. He wants to see you get into a property that feels right and works for your aesthetics and sensibilities, beyond just checking all the boxes.
