Where other agents may have counseled us to find a compromise with the seller so they could close the deal, Giancarlo could sense our discomfort and advised us to move on.When we did find the right home, he was aggressive in negotiations with the seller so we got the best deal possible, and provided great advice on what should or should not be repaired. He also took care of us afterwards, helping us find the right contractors for needed repairs and helpful suggestions to improve the value of the home (without overspending).When you work with Giancarlo you can truly see he is interested in building life-long relationships and it's not just about the transaction at hand.
