Gia Arvin

Gia was born and raised in Gainesville. She graduated from Buchholz High School and the University of Florida. She moved to St. Augustine after graduation and worked for the St.Johns County School Board for two years until her husband graduated from Flagler College. She then moved back to Gainesville and joined her Mother's company, Matchmaker Realty of Alachua County Inc. Gia was 2007 President of the Gainesville Women's Council of Realtor, and also was honored for all her work in 2005, receiving the Women's Council of Realtors, Realtor of the Year. She received the Leadership Edge Award in 2005-2007, and Honor Society Award 2005-2017 from the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors. She was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2010. She is the Past President for the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors, Past District Vice President for Florida Realtors and a past Florida Governor for the Women's Council of Realtors. She is currently Florida Women's Council of Realtors President. Scott was born in Naples Florida, but grew up in Gainesville. He attended Buchholz High School and Santa Fe Community College. He graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida with with a degree in Communications and a minor in Advertising. Scott was honored in 2007 with the Women's Council of Realtors, Realtor of the Year. He also has been awarded the Honor Society Award 2005-2017 and the Leaders's Edge award in 2006-2007. He served as President for the Women's Council of Realtors in 2009-2010. He has served as a Board of Director for The Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors, and District Vice President for the Florida Certified Residential Specialist Chapter. He is currently the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors President.
