We noticed that Baris had sold a house in the neighborhood so we asked him to drop by and look at ours. He was intelligent, funny, and very hard working. He helped us come up with the right sales price, and was very diligent and trustworthy at every step of the way. My husband is in the union, and had a friend that had made a purchase with Kevin, and told him how amazing Kevin was throughout the process, especially sourcing funds from different union options, lender options, and figuring out financial options, we decided to contact Kevin as a baby step, at least informational, towards buying a home. We met with Kevin and walked in thinking he might tell us in this market to hang out and rent forever haha, but he was beyond encouraging, realistic, and plan focused, and we left with a solid financial plan, timeline, and most importantly understanding of the market and what we needed to do in order to make a financially sound investment, truly the meeting alone was priceless.In much less time than we expected (things are much easier when you have a clear path!) we were lender searching (I will put the contact info for seriously the best lender in all of the land at the end), house hunting, putting in offers, and pivoting with the market, and it truly wasn't stressful. I'm not sure if real estate will ever not be an emotional roller coaster again, but I can say that working with Kevin made everything seem doable, and all for the best, and the experience was priceless. We own a home, we'll be inviting Kevin over for dinner, and using him again when we level up in a few years :)
