About Erika Santana

I am a dedicated full time real estate broker with a background in business management and marketing. My team of real estate agents includes a veteran new home counselor savvy in the home construction industry and a strong background in sales. Furthermore, 18 years of experience in the real estate industry in which I started from scratch and have learned every inch of the business from real world experiences. I survived the massive real estate crash of 2008 by focusing on fast and effective customer service and adapting quickly to market changes. We had such a wonderful experience with both Erika and Robert. They were such a delight to house hunt with. Not once did they make you feel like they needed you to pick a house fast or try and get you into something that you didnt feel too sure about. They were so patient with us and were so informative when it came to the houses and areas. They helped us find the perfect house for us that had everything we were looking for.
