We have great restaurants galore, fun weekly street festivals a very strong art community as well as a brand new civic center right on the beautiful intra-costal that runs the entire length of our town parallel to the white sand beaches. Growing up here in NSB I have seen a lot of changes throughout the years & I feel it just keeps getting better. I went to grade school here, graduated from Tampa USF, became a middle school teacher for almost 20 years & now have been a New Smyrna Beach REALTORA(R) for over 22 years. Over 10,000 hours to be specific, finding our clients homes in our quaint, pretty little beach town. New Smyrna Beach has been my home for many amazing years now & I can't wait to make it yours.

We first asked Jami to show us some condo units, but it turned out the units we had wanted to live in for years were really disappointing. We called her back in about 4 months an requested her to show us some houses. Put a contract on one, but it fell through. Called her back for a third time and it was a great house.
