Teaching Preschool through University graduate classes for 26 years prepared Dr. Denni for so many of the details required in real estate. Dr. Denni just changed her content area! Now she teaches Real Estate to every family, sellers and buyers, she meets! Previous careers for her team of experts have proven to be great assets, as well. Dr. Denni and her husband, John, had several job-related moves early in their marriage. After 5 cities in the first 19 years, 14 different home transactions and many more helping their children and extended families, Real Estate had Dr. Denni's heart. It was an easy transition as a second career! As a life-long learner, she jumped at the chance to attend each and every training class she could find, participating in professional coaching, conferences, and online webinars almost every week. "Rookie of the Year," and many "Top Sales" awards followed, even in the down turned market starting in 2009. After years of negotiating with students to finish their work, behave, and meet their personal goals, home sellers and buyers were thrilled with the skill Dr. Denni had for negotiating win-win situations and diffusing potential deal-breakers with kindness and a level head.
