First off let me begin by saying that buying or selling a house is a stressful experience in and of itself. So to have an experienced professional like David, who just so happens to be a hell of a human being, helping your family be in the best position to win, was service above and beyond his work description. His expertise was spot on and far exceeded that of realtors I dealt with in the past. His attention to every detail was unmatched. But the best thing about him is he just cared. His heart was evident and that made the whole process easier on us. Hes a damn good realtor but hes an even better human being. Hes an asset to the company he works for. They should be happy to have him. I'm sure hes underpaid, the great ones always areaEUR|.anyway, whenever I buy or sell a house in the future, the first person I'm calling is David. David is awesome to work with! He was extremely responsive and ALWAYS available to show us houses and answer all of our questions. David made himself available to show us numerous houses in a day, as well as make make himself available same day if there was something we wanted to see in a hurry. Our house did have multiple offers and he did awesome negotiating the purchase so we landed our dream home!!! In addition, he is extremely knowledgeable about everything and anything you need to know about the home buying process. I can't thank David enough for helping us find our forever home!!
