No other way to say it: Brian is awesome. We flew into CT in January looking to find a matching home ASAP. We had no prior home buying experience and had very little local knowledge. With Brians help we found a house in a week and got our offer accepted for a good price. He has ample local knowledge and contacts to help you get a deal closed. Over the next two months, Brian was there every step of the way to help mediate and explain the process to us. He connected our attorney, our financiers, and the sellers party and kept us all on schedule for a quick closing. Ultimately we closed on the house and will be moving in next week. Cant recommend him more!
