ZillowVERIFIEDWith the help of Chris Bauer, we were able to purchase a home in Omaha site unseen in only 1 day! We are from Dallas, TX, and needed a place near the Nebraska Medical Center. It's not easy to find a nice place in today's real estate market with little to no houses available for sale, let alone never been to Nebraska before. Chris patiently educated us on the neighborhoods in Omaha and answered all our questions and concerns. He also did virtual tours with us of the properties we were interested in. His dedication and aggressive style led us to find the house we eventually bought, toured the house virtually at 9pm, submitted an offer right away, negotiated our offer with the sellers, and had the offer accepted the next afternoon. Additionally, Chris went out of his way to inspect the house 3 days before our closing date to make sure the property was fine. Our first time in Omaha was when we picked up the house key after closing. We love the place and have Chris to thank for making our buying experience successful and less stressful. As a fellow military veteran, I truly appreciate Chris' efforts on our behalf. Highly recommended!
