Cathy Chaisson

Cathy is a real estate professional with over 16 years of experience in the Boston residential marketplace. Growing up in Mission Hill and attending high school in Brighton, and continuing on to graduate from Boston University; Cathy is familiar with all the neighborhoods of the city. Her first home was multi-family home purchased in Roslindale and this is when Cathy first developed her interest in the real estate industry. As a mother of three children, she is knowledgeable able local school systems, public transportation, and family oriented programs offered in various neighborhoods around the city. Her unique knowledge of the area allows her to match the correct property and neighborhood to the needs of the potential homeowner. Cathy started her career with Century 21 Treon Realty in Roslindale and worked for eight years as an agent before becoming a broker. She continued her work with Century 21 Treon for two years as a broker. At this time she decided it was time to open her own business, she founded Mass Properties in 2008. Through Mass Properties Cathy has assisted many first time home buyers purchase their first home, worked with investors on condo conversions and investment properties as well as helped home owners successfully sell their homes. She attributes her success to her referrals from previous clients and considers them the 'lifeline of her business.'
