I had an excellent experience with Bruno and his team during the purchase of a house in Brownsville. I came to town some 7 months earlier as part of a job interview and took the opportunity to visit some neighborhoods. While driving around, I came across at least two properties being sold by Zavaleta Realty. I had received no prior recommendations for any professional in the area so I decided to check out his website and signed up for email alerts.To my surprise, I received an email from Bruno himself thanking me for the interest and offering to clarify questions. That started a conversation and, months later, when I came to the Valley to stay, Bruno was extremely helpful in showing properties around and offering excellent advice (within the limits of what realtors are allowed to do). He was able to understand what kind of property I wanted, and in locations that would be convenient for me.Everything went extremely well, and I am exceedingly satisfied. When time comes to sell this house (and if purchasing another in the area), I have no doubt that I'll look for Bruno's services again. I feel at ease giving him and his team the highest possible recommendation.
