He helped us understand the selling process which greatly reduced the stress of the situation. He made himself available at all times during our selling process (weekends too!). My wife and I were constantly kept in the loop about potential buyers, future showings, and all the moving parts of our home sale. We had multiple offers in less than a month and settled in what felt like a very short amount of time. He coordinated the closing process with the Title agency and the rest is history. I would without hesitation use him again personally and would recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their house. I'd give 6 stars if possible.

He goes above and beyond finding the best property and negotiating the best price. He is a wealth of information on the general area and can recommend reliable service people for whatever comes up. He always answers calls or texts. Brian wants his clients to be happy with the outcome and is not just about getting his commission. I got the distinct impression he doesn't want a client to have regrets from being too hasty etc. We felt very reassured and confident working with Brian. Lovely person.
