He had experience with different lenders and gave us an idea of what to expect. We were already in our new home, so we were working long distance for most of the time. He or his assistant Veronica were always helpful and available. He explained things so I could understand the way things worked. In the end we had a little problem that got resolved without a delay in closing date.
