Brad is an excellent realtor. He is very patient and understanding. Brad really wants to find you the best investment that he can. He cares about you as a person and not just another sale to be made. I felt like Brad truly wanted what would be the best option for us. Brad walked us through the process step by step. He answered any questions that we had in a timely manner. If he was unsure of something he always found out the answer and nothing was ever unable to be answered. Brad was very supportive even when we were feeling defeated with the house buying process. I would recommend him to anyone looking and I would 100% use him again if I ever needed a realtor.I can not thank Brad enough for helping to make our dreams come true. We purchased our first home with the help and guidance of Brad Miller and his team. We searched for the perfect house for several month, and Brad was helpful in selecting homes to see and thorough in his reviews of them in comparison to what we were looking for. When we first bought this house , Frankie and I thought aEURoeforget realtor fees, we will do this on our own.aEUR? Once the renovation was completed , we put it on the aEURoemarketaEUR? and had a for sale sign up on the front lawn. I did some marketing and shared on social media and we reached out to a bunch of people we know . We had about four showings on our own and one offer,but after about a week, we called up Brad Miller (cousin of mine) and said we need you to be our agent and this house has got to sell quick! Flipping is great , but it takes a lot of $$$ financial risk and since we dont live in our flips, we pay our primary residence mortgage and the flip mortgage . We really had to sell fast or the ROI would not have been as great. We spoke to a few other realtors in this area to see what their marketing plan was and we let them pitch. We also gave Brad the opportunity as well .Brad lives in Vineland area so a concern of mine was that his outreach wouldnt be as strong and he was as entering a new area geographical. I really wanted to support my cousin and expose him to a new area since he has been growing so quick in his career. Another reason why I knew he wouldBe a good decision .We decided to go with Brad as our agent for many reasons, the top reason being I knew he hustles hard, has a lot of great marketing, tools, and he isnt a pushy in your face salesman. Above all , I knew Brad would be successful with helping us sell since he almost doubled his business from Last year and that was in September with 4 months left of 2019.South Jersey Real Estate Services By Brad Miller got started right away and worked his magic. Frankie and I were listing high for this neighborhood . We wanted to list for 395,000, but Brad said that wouldnt be the best idea since another house similarWas listed for less and still on the market ( note that house since hasLowered their asking price and is STILL Not sold ). We ended up listing for $385,000 in that neighborhood when the average was in higher $200s-mid $300s. Brad advised us to competitively list for 385,000 because we would be almost in the middle compared to our competition. After only THIRTEEN days on the market, we had an offer, accepted , and got the process rolling to close . The whole transaction was process was seamless and we were very lucky to not run into any complication . Regardless of our family relations, I would highly suggest his services to anyone! Brad works harder then any realtors I know and always maintains a calm, cool, and collected demeanor . He is very knowledgeable and is up to date on trends and the market. If you want to have no worries and sell your house quick, hes your guy ! Looking back , I dont know what we were thinking selling ourselves! We cant wait to get started on our next project and brainstorm him for future endeavors ! ??
