Through careful screening on the web and phone conversations, it becomes clear that Sam is the best choice. He explained the whole flow and each of the steps, from overall market condition, location selection, identifying properties, loan arrangement, making offers. That gave me a clear path. He also explained what kind of issues could pop up in the process, and give suggestions on how to deal with them. During the house hunting, he will send me properties that fall into my selection criteria and I will make priorities viewing them, then Sam and his associate will drive to and screen the properties, make videos and comment on the features and conditions of the properties. Once identified, Sam will have his associate to perform analysis on the properties and give bidding suggestions. The whole process played out smoothly.
