She was very honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. We were looking to go the rent to own route. She provide all the details up front and right away. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. She seam like a person that was on my side. I had been calling different realtors all day and was getting the run around a lot. Telling that the did not have time for today. Alexis has the best customer service of any of the 15 realtors I call that day. We did not do a deal but if I am in the market again I will definitely call Alexis.
