Lynda is a true gem and I highly recommend her for your Santa Barbara real estate needs. We are first time homebuyers and there was a steep learning curve for us. Lynda helped ease us into the process and gave us a taste of the different neighborhoods, filtering through listings to find the right properties to visit based on our preferences. We work full time, which could have made scheduling showings difficult aEUR" but Lynda was always available for us, even at odd hours, to show properties and talk us through important details such as inspection reports. At showings, Lynda makes great observations about the properties and asks excellent questions of the listing agent to help determine whether the property had unforeseen flaws or values. I will also add that our homebuying process was mid-pandemic and that Lynda (and the listing agents) made these visits safe by following all appropriate protocols.She is open about her responsibilities in the realtor-client relationship and it is clear that she is acting in your best interest. She wont pressure you into a purchase that you dont absolutely love. We are still waiting for the right property to come up and Lynda continues to support our search.Lynda is an exceptionally wonderful lady who is beyond dedicated to finding you the right house. I recommend her services without hesitation!
