Ryan is your average real estate agent-- he does this all for the money. Don't expect Ryan to have your best interest in mind through the process, only his own. He takes on as many clients as possible while doing NOTHING to ensure your house is sold or your dream home is found. He simply signs you on and lets you--and other agents-- do all the work while collecting hefty commission checks. He spreads himself so thin he WILL be late to any appointment you have with him, or reschedule last minute. Because he has so many clients, YOU will be the one to find houses to tour. YOU will be the one to negotiate and look out for you own budget--because to Ryan, you are just another dollar sign, and he will encourage you to put in the highest offer possible. You are just another client to Ryan Rivera, and because he has so many other clients, he won't really care about you or your experience with the home buying process. To add to his shortcomings, he is unprofessional and arrogant. Any interaction you have with Ryan is filled with insincere promises, condescending explanations, and a patronizing attitude. If you want to be told what you want to hear, left to do everything yourself, and insulted at every turn, then by all means, call Ryan; it's his expertise after all. Real estate, however, not so much.
