Exceedingly professional and high spirited. Considering we were purchasing this home from out-of-state, she has made the entire buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. Her schedule was very flexible and she made it a priority to be available when we flew to IL to look at homes. Zaneta always had our interests in mind through the entire process, making sure the home we were purchasing was perfect. She pays such close attention to all minute details she even made sure the homes we were looking at had reasonable property taxes. She was excellent at communication, always available through phone, text, and email and responded promptly and in detail.Now that our home has closed, she continues to help by providing resources (recommending handymen, setting up utilities, etc) to make the move to Kankakee so much easier.I would without hesitation, highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their next home!
