I found Lauralee through Zillow when I was doing my meticulous research for a local realtor with amazing sales stats (I spent HOURS looking for someone that really stood out) -her profile came out as my top pick! We met with her within a day of my initial phone call and signed with her on the spot in early June. She's no nonsense and won't beat around the bush in what she thinks you need to do to sell, which I really appreciated as while she was very friendly, I cared about getting a good sale on our house and wanted someone who had the expertise to back that up! Since the day we signed with her she's been nothing but professional and on top of everything -we even moved in the middle of our house on market and she still kept us current on everything from showings to offers to the close of our house (today)! I would highly recommend her to buyers or sellers in the Pollock Pines area as that's her area of expertise and if we ever move back to CA she's the only realtor I'd want to work with!
