Chris is great and we had an awesome experience buying our first condo with him. At our first meeting, he walked us through an overview of the home-buying process, spent time getting to know our needs, and thoroughly answered all our follow-up questions and concerns. Next, he helped us craft a search strategy, and accompanied us on several months of nonstop house hunting. He sacrificed many weekends to accommodate our hectic work schedules. Chris was patient with us as we slowly learned about our preferences, and he consistently provided us with honest and thoughtful opinions about properties we visited. When it came time to start placing offers on properties, Chris was also helpful in helping us generate reasonable comparables that we could rely on during the negotiation process. There were a few close calls during our house hunting process, but Chris remained steadfast and committed to making sure we were comfortable with our final decision. We highly recommend Chris!
