Originally I contacted a friend who also works for Your Town Realty in hopes to hire him as my Realtor. Instead, my friend gave me Kevin's contact information because he was very busy with multiple clients at the time and Kevin was more local to the property location where my fiance and I were interesting in buying a home. I am so thankful that we were referred to Kevin with such a short time frame in which we had to purchase a house. He was very prompt to contact us, and we scheduled viewings for properties that very week. As a first time home buyer, Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable in the field of realty, both from the sales and financial points of view and truly made our home buying process a breeze.
