Kara was so wonderful to work with. We decided to retire to Colorado from Texas (were originally from Michigan and lived 3 years in Utah, so we wanted the best of both those worlds) and after a trip deciding we wanted to live West of Colorado Springs, we found Kara. We took to her instantly - she is such a lovely person, very down to earth, patient, great sense of humor - we got along and trusted her instantly. She helped us find our dream home in the mountains. Being from the area, she was able to give us local history and things we needed to be aware of (wildfires, flash flooding during the rainy season, direction of a house thats best to be on for better snow removal, apps to identify mountain ranges ??). She was so helpful with vendors for inspections, cleaning, etc. and since we were remote, took a lot of her time to be at the house with vendors when we were unable to be there. She responded quickly to our emails and calls (even though that area can have spotty cell service). We were so lucky to find her!

Working with Mary was wonderful, and we highly recommend her! We had been communicating with her for the last year before our move from Oregon to Colorado. We had several houses we wanted to view before moving here, and Mary had everything covered. We arrived on April 3rd, viewed houses on the 4th and the 6th, put in an offer on our home on the 6th, which was accepted on the 7th. We closed on April 23rd and moved in that afternoon. Just 20 days from start to finish!!! Mary has so many great qualities that are a real asset to any buyer: attentive, responsive, knowledgeable about the area and the process, detail-oriented, and just so very nice! It was such a pleasure working with Mary. She knows how to push for the best for the people she serves, working for the best outcome, without sacrificing the personal touch. :)
