I previously had a horrible experience with another realtor which put me on edge when I initially contacted YHSG. That anxiety was initially increased when I was assigned Dany Hunter as my realtor as she was very new to the field. Additionally, YHSG rate was significantly higher than the previous realtor and others I had spoken to.After speaking to Dany a few times I decided to take a chance and it turned out to be one of the better decisions I have made.Due to YHSGs database of buyers, I had a solid, above asking price offer for my home two hours after listing. Along the way, Dany did a tremendous job negotiating with the buyers regarding concessions and similar issues. She always had my best interest in mind. With Dany on my side, this was the smoothest real estate transactions I have ever experienced. Shes good at what she does. In addition to the wonderful job Dany did, I also received weekly calls from Dawn Earle, the customer representative to check in and see how things were going. It was always a pleasure speaking to such a friendly person.YHSG did a fantastic job! I am very happy that I went with them and specifically Dany Hunter. Thank you Dany!!
