Ernest is a great agent, so professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He helped my mother and I find the right home, and was extremely attentive to our needs. As a first time home buyer it can be intimidating, and confusing as to what to expect, but he explained everything and was always reachable, no matter the time of day. He would keep us updated on the newest listings and scheduled private viewings the same day I requested them. We started our intial search for a new home 3 years ago or more. Ernie was very responsive, but we were not ready just yet. He continued to follow up with me over the last three years.
